 Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran
   
Dr Syed Mujahid Kamran has been the longest serving Vice Chancellor of the Punjab University, Lahore (Jan 2008-Dec 2016), where he taught physics since 1972. He was a Fulbright Fellow at University of Georgia, USA, during 1988-89. He has won numerous awards, including the President's Pride of Performance Award (1999), International Einstein Award for Scientific Achievement (2010), Sitara-e-Imtiaz (2015), for his outstanding contributions to research, teaching, and popularization of science. His book Jadeed Tabiyat Kay Bani won the National Book Council award in 2000. Currently, he is serving as the “Board Advisor” at the University of Management & Technology (UMT).
 
Syed Abu Ahmad Akif

Securing the first position in the national civil service (CSS) examination of 1983, Syed Akif joined the Pakistan Administrative Service & served on many positions for nearly 35 years. In August 2018, he retired from the position of Secretary of the Cabinet Division.  He also served as Director General Hajj in Saudi Arabia and Chief Instructor at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA). He currently serves as a member of the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission. He has edited and translated several books. In 2019, he was awarded the Sitara-i-lmtiaz, a national civil award for public service.

 
 Sarmad Saeed Khan
 
Sarmad Saeed Khan had served in the Police Service of Pakistan. He has also been teaching human rights and community policing to international police officers serving in the UN missions in Bosnia and Liberia. After serving the Police Service of Pakistan for a considerable amount of time, he now works as a Security and Law enforcement consultant and has also been actively involved in training. 
 
 Dr. Syed Ijaz Hussain
 

Dr Syed Ijaz Hussain served in police service of Pakistan for more than three decades. He started his career as an ASP in 1986 and served in KPK, Islamabad, and various districts of Punjab, Lahore, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Multan in various capacities. He also served as Deputy Director FIA, Joint Director Civil Services Academy, and in Motorway Police. As DIG he served in CTD Punjab, Establishment Division Islamabad, and as Directing Staff in the National School of Public policy. He got his PhD degree in criminology from Pennsylvania University on Fulbright program and also completed postdoc from University of Maryland College Park. He served as Additional IGP in Punjab for two years. He retired from the police service as Director General National Police Bureau, Islamabad, Government of Pakistan.

 
 Abdullah Khan Sumbal
 
Mr. Abdullah Khan Sumbal is an officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service. He obtained his degrees of MA in Economics from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, and MSc in Development Administration and Planning from University College London, United Kingdom. Previously he has served as Secretary Higher Education Department, GoP; Secretary (Coordination) to CM Punjab; Commissioner Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal; Secretary, Information Department, Government of Punjab; Secretary, Special Education Department, Government of Punjab; Special Secretary Health Department, Government of Punjab; Programme Director, Punjab Resource Management Programme; Additional Secretary (Development), Health Department, Government of Punjab, Programme Director Punjab Devolved Social Services Programme; and Deputy Secretary (Staff) to Chief Secretary Punjab.
 
 Prof. Dr. Pervez Ghauri
 
Professor Pervez Ghauri is a Professor of International Business at the University of Birmingham London – a renowned scholar with extensive experience in teaching, research and institution building. He developed several Master's and MBA programmes within top schools in Europe (Uppsala University, University of Groningen, Manchester Business School, and King’s College London). He has been conducting research on international marketing and international business topics, with a focus on the internationalization process and entry strategies; moreover, the aforementioned majority of the projects have been funded by organizations such as the; European Commission, Economic and Social Sciences Research Council (ESRC) UK, Handelsbanken, Riksbankens Jubileumsfond and Soderberg's foundation in Sweden.
 
Dr. Sohail Anver Choudhary
 
Dr. Sohail Anwar Choudhary is a PMS officer from 1994 batch. He holds a PhD in poverty studies from the University of Oxford, where he also studied for his MSc in Comparative Social Policy as a Chevening Scholar in 2006.  After his promotion to BS-20 in 2019, he was appointed as Chief Economist of P&D, Punjab. In January 2020, he was selected as Advisor for UK government`s Sub-National Programme in Pakistan. He has also worked as the technical lead on the COVID-responsive Working Group with the government of the Punjab and the Planning Commission Islamabad and a member of Prime Minister`s Committee on Ehsaas Programme. He is the author of provincial government`s social protection response plan to COVID-19, a document known as RISE, i.e. Responsive Investments in Social Protection and Economic Recovery.
 
Dr.  Faheem Jehangir Khan
 
Dr. Faheem Jehangir Khan is a  public policy expert with 18+ years of experience in policy research and analysis, professional/ practitioners’ training, and teaching at the university level. Currently leading the RASTA programme – the largest economics and public policy research network in Pakistan – as the Project Director, he remained associated with the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), National School of Public Policy (NSPP), and worked with UNDP, GIZ, ILO, and numerous universities and training institutes across Pakistan. He obtained his PhD  (Public Policy) from School for Policy Studies, University of Bristol, UK (2015), MS/MPhil (Development Policy) from University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart, Germany and BSc Hons (Ag Economics) from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
 
 Dr. Saif Ullah Khalid
 
Dr. Saif Ullah Khalid has worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Governance and Public Policy, National University of Modern Languages. He also served as Strategic Planning Expert in USAID projects in Pakistan. He has been a Program Manager in Centre for Governance and Public Accountability, Islamabad. Dr. Saif Ullah Khalid holds double Master’s Degree: one in Development Studies, with specialization in Economics of Development from International Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, The Netherlands, and second is Master’s in Economics from Peshawar University, with distinction, by securing First class First position in Economic department and stood third in the whole province. He completed his PhD, from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, where his doctoral thesis is “Theory and Practice of police corruption control in Pakistan Case studies of three Police Departments”. 
 
 Prof. Dr. Anatol Lieven
 
Anatol Lieven is Director of the Eurasia Program at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. He was formerly a professor at Georgetown University in Qatar and in the War Studies Department of King’s College London. He is a member of the advisory committee of the South Asia Department of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and was formerly a member of the academic board of the Valdai discussion club in Russia. He holds a BA and PhD from Cambridge University in England. Lieven is author of several books on Russia and its neighbors including The Baltic Revolutions: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Path to Independence (1993), Chechnya: Tombstone of Russian Power? (1998), and Ukraine and Russia: A Fraternal Rivalry (1999). His book Pakistan: A Hard Country (2011) is on the official reading lists for U.S. and British diplomats serving in that country. 
 
Dr. Rabia Akhtar
Dr. Rabia Akhtar is Director, Centre for Security, Strategy and Policy Research, University of Lahore. She is the founding Director of the School of Integrated Social Sciences, University of Lahore. She holds a PhD in Security Studies from Kansas State University. She is a Fulbright alumna (2010-2015). Dr. Akhtar received her Master’s in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad and her Masters in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University, USA.
 
 Prof. Dr. Sazali Abd Wahab 
Dr Sazali Abd Wahab is Professor of Management at University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). He obtained his PhD in Management from the Graduate School of Management, Universiti Putra Malaysia (GSM-UPM). In July 2015 Dr Sazali has successfully completed the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Program (OAMLP-Oxford) and has been accepted as Oxford Business Network (OBA) Alumnus of University of Oxford.
