Organization Theory Review (OTR) is a double-blind peer-reviewed open access research journal published by the School of Professional Advancement, University of Management and Technology.  OTR publishes original and quality research work in the domain of organization and management studies.  The journal publishes case studies, book reviews, short articles within the domain of Organization and Management Theory.

 AIMS and SCOPE

Organization theory review aims to publish the articles on organizations, organizing and the organized in and between the societies through the publication of quality research papers. OTR publishes theoretical and empirical research papers within the organization and management research areas such as Organizational Behavior, Management Sciences, Organization Behavior, Organizational Leadership and Development, Strategic change management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Crisis Management, and related fields of organizational theory.
