Organization Theory Review (OTR) is a double blind peer reviewed research journal published by the School of Professional Advancement, University of Management and Technology. OTR aims to provide a platform on organizational research that contributes to organizational science, management practices and wider society. OTR welcomes researchers, academicians, practitioners, and students to share knowledge in the empirical, theoretical, or conceptual research articles utilizing qualitative, quantitative, or mix method study designs. In addition, authors can also submit management case studies, and book reviews.

Quality research papers are invited within the following domains (but not limited to): Organization and Management Theory, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, International Management, Strategic Management, Managing Organizational Diversity and Change, Management of Technology, Organizational Psychology, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Crisis/disaster management,  Conflict management, Gender and diversity in organizations, Management Consulting, Management Education, Management History, Organizational Communications and Information Systems, and Social Issues in Management Sciences.

The OTR reserves the rights to modify the articles at the last stage of the process (with the recommendation of the Editorial Board). The advisory board reserves the rights to accept or reject the paper. Manuscripts should be submitted to the Editorial Board regarding, they are original and unpublished.
