Governance and Society Review (GSR) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, bi-annual journal launched in 2022 by the School of Governance and Society (SGS), University of Management & Technology, Lahore. GSR publishes research that contributes to the public administration theory, policy and practice. It widely covers the areas of public administration, public policies, service delivery, governance, and management in public organizations.

Aims and Objectives:

The Journal of Governance and Society seeks to enhance the scholarship of Public Administration through publishing fine quality empirical and theoretical research. Fresh ideas, fresh perspectives on exiting research, and a way forward for future research areas in the field of Governance, Public Policy, and Public Administration are welcomed to improve understanding of the public sector domain.

GSR encourages guest editors to submit their proposals for special issues addressing specific areas included in the broad theme of the journal or resulting from relevant conferences. GSR will also consider themed special issues with a focus on a particular country or a region.
