    Volume 12 Issue 1 Spring 2022

    The Journal of Islamic Thought and Civilization (JITC) cordially invites researchers to submit their original, unpublished research papers for Volume 12 Issue 01, Spring 2022. We are looking forward towards your manuscripts on the theme of Islamic theology.

    JITC is an open access journal which follows the double-blind peer review process. It is a Scopus indexed journal, also recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and placed in Y category.

     Why publish with us? It’s an open-access journal that makes published articles freely available on the journal’s website. We provide language editing services, DOI for published manuscripts, indexing with scholarly indexations agencies, and directories.

    Scope of Journal: The journal covers the fields of Qur’ānic Studies, Hadith, Islamic Philosophy, Islamic Law, Islamic History and Society, Islamic Thought and Literature, Islamic Origins, Islam and Peace, Islamic Civilization, Muslim Societies, Theology, Indo-Islamic Civilization, Oriental and Occidental Studies in the context of Islam and Muslims, Comparative Religions, Modernity and its tenants, contemporary issues like Islamophobia, Critical Muslim Studies and Liberation Theologies.

    Last Date of Submission: 30th March, 2022

    Submission Criteria:

    Abstract should be of 200-250 words. Whereas, the length of the article should be between 6000 - 7500 words (including keywords, all figures with captions, tables titles, description, footnotes etc.)

    • Manuscripts must follow the rules of Chicago Manual (Notes and Bibliography Style). References/footnotes must be in Chicago style, author(s) name(s), journal title/book title, chapter title/article title, year of publication, volume number/book chapter and the pagination must be present. Use of DOI is highly encouraged.
