This study aims to Analysis editorial coverage of judicial inquiry on Panama leaks by The Nation. Research questions contains: 1) how much space “The Nation” newspaper devoted to judicial inquiry on Panama issue in editorials. 2) What are the major themes and sub-themes of “The Nation” coverage to judicial inquiry on Panama issue?3). What stance is the Nation taken in coverage of judicial inquiry on Panama issue in editorials? Study comprises editorials of The Nation published from 1st November, 2016 to 15th December, 2016 as population, conducted census of data categorized and collected by well-established coding sheet. Framing and agenda setting theory provided theoretical foundation data collected through content analysis will be measured on Microsoft Excel for frequencies and percentages and on SPSS for means differences and significance. Intense review of the editorials, found only 07 articles out of 135 relevant to study. Analysis reveals that three themes each with their sub-themes are prominent. These themes contain, prime minister Trial, corruption evidence and institutional credibility with further sub-themes. It devoted more space to Institutional Credibility (57.7604%), Corruption Evidences (24.881%) andPrime-minister Trial (17.3587%) and remained mostly unfavourable towards Panama issue.
