This bibliometric study is an effective assessment of the research background of managerial environmental concern between the period of 2000-2025. Based on a dataset obtained from one of the largest scholarly databases, the current work uses a multi dimensional framework to trace the intellectual map and thematic development of the field in addition to partnership patterns. The results demonstrate an area in a phase of exponential expansion in volume of publication, combined with a mobility in direction towards modern themes, like artificial intelligence. The main intellectual pillars of the study are found to be the concept of sustainability and that of corporate social responsibility that are universally proven to be the most pertinent and the most developed topics. Beyond that, the analysis indicates an internationally distributed research community that has a handful of journals and influential authors serving as a node. Whereas, countries such as China and the USA are the major producers of publications; the US and the UK are the centre of collaboration. By drawing together the major background trends, highly significant contributors, and current major themes of the discipline, the paper offers an excellent guide to academics/researchers seeking to establish an overview of the landscape of the discipline at the time of this writing.
