Abstract

Expressive writing is a powerful tool for enhancing intrapersonal communication, fostering self-awareness, and promoting emotional regulation. This study examines its role in personal growth, particularly within the context of digital entrepreneurship. Through qualitative interviews with individuals who engage in regular journaling, the findings reveal that expressive writing facilitates introspection, self-efficacy, and emotional intelligence essential skills for navigating the fast-paced world of digital business. Participants reported greater clarity in decision-making, improved stress management, and increased confidence in overcoming challenges. These insights emphasized the importance of integrating expressive writing into self-development and entrepreneurial training programs as an accessible and effective personal and professional growth strategy.
